If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • Must include original invoice & all accessories

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging or accessories

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Share your order number, reason for return, and product unboxing video

  3. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (if available) or request you to send the product to our return address.

3. Refund Policy

Online Payment Orders

Refund will be issued to the original payment method (UPI / Card / Net banking) within 5-7 working days after product inspection.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund will be processed as:

  • Bank Transfer / UPI Refund

  • Processing time: 5-7 working days post approval
    (COD charges are non-refundable)


4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Exchange available for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Size / color mismatch (if applicable)


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

  • Refusing delivery may affect your eligibility for COD orders in future


6. Damaged / Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Video proof of unboxing

  • Photos of damage

We will ensure a quick replacement after verification.
